The ministry of land has introduced a new software and updated versions of four existing ones on a trial basis to facilitate the citizens to complete their land-related services online without facing any hassle.
鈥楾he software has become faster than before, allowing citizens to access services like mutation, land development tax, and land record [khatian] retrieval more efficiently,鈥� said a land ministry press release on Tuesday.聽
To fully access the services, citizens must first create a profile and register through the land service gateway at land.gov.bd.聽聽
User manuals have been provided along with necessary instructions to field-level officials and staff involved in land services to help them assist citizens with patience and sincerity in accessing the services, according to the release.
Citizens also can access the service-related system guidelines on the land.gov.bd/manual portal and read or collect frequently asked questions by visiting the land.gov.bd/faq portal.
