A delegation of the welfare association of Bangladesh University Grants Commission鈥檚 retired officers paid a courtesy call on the UGC chairman Professor SMA Faiz at the UGC in Dhaka on Sunday.
Nine members of the association led by the UGC association president Mohammad Mofakker participated in the meeting.
They demanded participation of members of the association in national and international programmes of the commission, distribution of publications, taking their views on development activities, said a press release.
UGC chairman assured the members of the association to fulfil their legitimate demands.
