
The Southeast University held a programme to commemorate the Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), at its Multipurpose Hall in Dhaka on Wednesday, said a press release.
The university’s vice-chancellor Professor Yusuf Mahbubul Islam presented the Keynote speech while Dhaka University history and culture department professor Md Ataur Rahman Miaji was present as discussant at the programme.
Mentioning that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the ultimate standard of the best example for all human races, in all eras, and throughout time, the speakers said that he possessed all human virtues.
The SEU pro-VC Professor M Mofazzal Hossain gave the opening remarks at the programme while additional registrar air-vice-marshall M Abul Bashar, deans, department heads, faculty members, staff, and students were present at the event.
