A man, who was seen in a video footage firing with two pistols during the quota reform movement in Boalia area of Rajshahi city on August 5, was arrested by the Rapid Action Battalion in Cumilla鈥檚 Daudkandi upazila on early Saturday.
The arrested has been identified as Zahirul Islam alias Rubel.
Tipped off, a team of RAB conducted a drive in the area at about 12:45am and arrested Rubel, said sources at RAB headquarters.
The video footage of Rubel holding two pistols went viral on the social networking site Facebook.
