The ministry of labour and employment formed a ‘Labour Grievance Monitoring Committee’ to resolve the ongoing labour unrest.
A press release, signed by Md Noor Alam, public relations officer at the ministry, confirmed the matter on Thursday.
According to the release, workers can submit their any kind of complaints to the address – Room no 1801, (lift 18), labour building, directorate of labour, 196, Syed Nazrul Islam Sarani, Vijaynagar, Dhaka.
On Wednesday, Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan, adviser to the ministry of labour and employment, announced the formation of the committee, which aims to evaluate and recommend measures to resolve ongoing labour disputes in these sectors.
