The Dhaka University 90-91 batch distributed fresh water, Rooh Afza sherbet, and biscuits amid the ongoing heatwave on the road adjacent to TSC on the DU campus in the capital on Saturday, according to a press release.
They distributed the water, sherbet and biscuits among the passersby聽and working people, including rickshaw pullers, day labourers, and students.
The organisers said that more such initiatives will be taken in the future.
