On the inaugural day, the VC visited each stall of the 33 participating clubs and exchanged views with the club representatives.
He said, ‘BUET students are not only showing their skills in academics but also in co-curricular activities. Such events help in developing their leadership, creativity and human qualities.’
Each club presents an exhibition of their academic, social, technical and cultural activities at the festival. Students are encouraged to participate in club activities through drawing, fun games, awareness-raising events and recruitment of new members.
The organisers said that BUET’s co-curricular activities were becoming more expanded and constructive through the organisation of Club Fest every year.
