The Premier Bank PLC on Saturday conducted its Q3 Business Review Meeting 2025 for Chattogram region, said a press release.

Managing director and chief executive officer Mohammad Abu Jafar presided over the meeting.


Independent director and audit committee chairman Md Forkan Hossain and independent director and Premier Bank Securities Limited chairman M Nurul Alam were present as special guests.

Also present at the meeting were deputy managing director and retail banking head SM Wali Ul Morshed, SEVP and recovery division head Md Anowar Hossain and EVP and general services division and human resources division head Syed Shafqat Rabbi.

The meeting began with welcome remarks from Kishaloy Sen, EVP and manager of Agrabad branch, and Mohammad Fakhrul Islam, SVP and manager of OR Nizam Road branch.

Speaking at the event, Mohammad Abu Jafar stated, ‘In today’s competitive banking environment, superior customer service, strengthened recovery operations and innovation in digital banking are the key drivers of sustainable growth. Branches must work with clear targets, enhance risk management and uphold good governance to further strengthen customer confidence.’

Managers of various branches and sub-branches under the Chattogram region, along with operations managers and other senior officials, attended the meeting.

The meeting included detailed discussions and review on the bank’s overall performance, branch-wise results, quarter-wise progress, business growth, loan recovery, reduction of NPLs, overdue management, credit rating analysis, digital banking advancement, and strategic priorities going forward.

Branch managers from Manikarchar, Gouripur, Companyganj, CoxBazar SME, Maijdee, Feni, Mirsharai, Agrabad, Pahartoli, Jubilee Road, Kodomtoli and other branches presented their performance reports.
