A Managers’ Conference was held with the regional heads and branch heads of Agrani Bank’s Chittagong Circle at Chittagong city on Saturday.

The conference was attended by the managing director of Agrani Bank Md Anwarul Islam as chief guest.


A total of Tk 14.58 crore was recovered from defaulted and classified loans at the programme.

The managing director expressed satisfaction with the performance of the circle and gave instructions to everyone on reducing expected credit losses, disbursing CMSME loans, collecting deposits, collecting remittances.

He also lauded the implementation of Agrani Bank’s 100-day special action plan while continuing the trend of collecting classified loans.

The bank’s deputy managing directors Tahmina Akhtar and Md Abul Bashar were present as special guests in the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by the general manager of Chittagong Circle, Mostaq Ahmed, and the executives under the circle, regional heads and branch managers and customers of different branches were present.
