Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC on Wednesday held its 441st board meeting, said a press release.
Chairman Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting held at the banks鈥� head office.
Overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.
Among others, directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, managing director (current charge) Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, company secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman and senior executives of the bank were present in the meeting.
