National Bank PLC on Wednesday organised ‘Managers’ Meet’ in Rajshahi, said a press release.

The event brought together 28 branch managers from across the region to review performance and set strategies for future growth.

Managing director Adil Chowdhury was present as chief guest.

Deputy managing director (in-charge) Md Meshkat-Ul-Anwar Khan was also present alongside senior officials and regional managers.

Discussions focused on deposit mobilisation, loan recovery, import business expansion and strengthening sales and marketing to ensure sustainable growth.

In his address, Adil Chowdhury inspired managers with lessons on resilience and accountability, emphasizing four guiding pillars: develop the mind, be honest and open, stay positive, and recognise that every branch decision shapes the Bank’s future.

‘Time is our greatest challenge. With honesty, professionalism, and focus on quality business, we can make National Bank one of the top five banks in Bangladesh,’ he said.
