Modhumoti Bank PLC鈥檚 executive committee on Sunday held its 137th meeting, said a press release.
EC chairman Salahuddin Alamgir presided over the meeting.
Among others, EC members Mostafa Kamal, Mohammad Ismail Hossain, Nemai Kumar Saha and managing director and chief executive officer Md Shafiul Azam were present in the meeting.
In addition, deputy managing director and chief business officer Arab Fazlur Rahman and senior executive vice-president and chief risk officer Arif Hasan Khan were present as special invitees.
The meeting was held at the bank鈥檚 head office premises.
