Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC on Thursday held its 436th board meeting, said a press release.
Chairman Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting.
Overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.
Among others, directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, managing director (current charge) Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan and company secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman were present at the meeting.
The bank held the board meeting at its head office in the capital.
