Modhumoti Bank organised the ‘Town Hall Meeting’ for Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions on Friday at the BRAC Learning Centre in Bogura.
The event was graced by the presence of Md Shafiul Azam, managing director and CEO of Modhumoti Bank, as chief guest.
He elaborated on the bank’s current operations, future plans, and strategic development initiatives. He expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the employees’ efficiency and professionalism in delivering quality customer service and instructed them to maintain it in the future.
Shahnawaj Chowdhury, additional managing director, and Arab Fazlur Rahman, deputy managing director and chief business officer, attended the event as special guests.
Senior officials including the Heads of various divisions of head office, branch managers from Rajshahi, Rangpur, Bogura, Naogaon, Pabna, Saidpur, and Pirganj branches, along with operation managers and other officials were present at the meeting.
This Town Hall Meeting played a significant role in strengthening internal communication, sharing experiences, and formulating future strategies for the Bank.
