Trust Bank PLC on Monday approved 7.50 per cent cash dividend and 7.50 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2024, said a press release.
The bank took the decision during its 26th annual general meeting held on the day through digital platform.
Vice-chairman Major General Md Hakimuzzaman presided over the meeting.
Among others, board members Brigadier General Md Nishatul Islam Khan, Brigadier General Md Sajjad Hossain, Brigadier General Selim Azad, Brigadier General Shams Mohammad Mamun, independent director Anisuddin Ahmed Khan, independent director and audit committee chairperson Nusrat Khan, managing director and chief executive officer Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury and company secretary (acting) Unmesh Ray Himel were present in the meeting.
A significant number of shareholders also joined the meeting.
