Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC held its 431st board meeting on Thursday, said a press release.
Chairman Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting.
In the 鈥榮pecial鈥� meeting, BRPD circular letters issued by the Bangladesh Bank regarding individual responsibilities and duties of the bank鈥檚 directors, managing directors and chief executive officers were reviewed, the release said.
Among others, directors Md Shahin Ul Islam, Md Abdul Wadud, Mohammed Abu Eusuf, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, managing director (current charge) Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan and company secretary (acting) Mohammad Moniruzzaman were present.
