NRBC Bank held its 204th board meeting on Wednesday, said a press release.
Chairman Md Ali Hossain Prodhania presided over the meeting held at the bank鈥檚 head office in Dhaka.
Independent directors Md Abul Bashar, Md Anwar Hossain were present.
Among others, risk management committee chairman Md Nurul Haque, audit committee chairman Muhammad Emdad Ullah, managing director and chief executive officer Md Touhidul Alam Khan and company secretary Mohammad Ahsan Habib were present.
