The 300th meeting of the board of directors of First Security Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday at FSIB head office in Dhaka with Mohammad Abdul Mannan, chairman of the board in the chair.
The meeting adopted the audited financial statements for the year ended on December 31, 2024 and the un-audited financial statements for the first quarter ended on March 31, 2025.
Md Azizur Rahman, vice-chairman, Md Abdul Quddus, chairman, Executive Committee, Professor Md Saiful Alam, chairman, Risk Management Committee, Md Raghib Ahsan, chairman of Audit Committee, Abu Reza Md Yeahia, managing director (current charge) and Nijam Kazi, company secretary (current charge) of the bank were present in the meeting.
