Uttara Bank PLC declared 35 per cent — 17.50 per cent cash and 17.50 per cent stock — dividend for the year-2024 and passed the Annual Report-2024 along with the profit and loss account in its 42nd Annual General Meeting held on Monday on digital platform.
The meeting was presided over by Azharul Islam, chairman of the board of directors of the bank.
Iftekharul Islam, vice-chairman of the board, Maksudul Hasan, managing director and CEO (acting) and other directors also attended the meeting.
The shareholders connected online expressed their satisfaction on the overall development of the bank.
