
The combined pass rate in the Secondary School Certificate and equivalent examinations has sharply declined this year.
The results, published on Thursday, showed that the combined pass rate this year stood at 68.45 per cent which was 83.04 per cent in 2024.
This year, 19,04,086 students — 9,52,389 girls and 9,51,697 4 boys — have appeared in the SSC and equivalent examinations from 30,088 institutions under 11 education boards, while a total of 13,03,426 examinees passed the exams.
