The government on Wednesday appointed additional secretary Mohammad Khaled Rahim of the Cabinet Division the secretary of the Anti-Corruption Commission.
The Public Administration Ministry issued a gazette notification appointing him to the post following his promotion to the rank of secretary.
The new secretary will join the office on Thursday, said ACC officials.
On June 24, ACC secretary Khorsheda Yasmeen was transferred and appointed officer on special duty at the Ministry of Public Administration, ahead of her post-retirement leave.
