The government on Wednesday promoted additional secretary Mahbuba Farjana to the rank of secretary.
She was made the information and broadcasting secretary.
The public administration ministry issued a gazette notification to the effect.
Mahbuba, an administration cadre official belonging to the 13th Bangladesh Civil Service batch, was an officer on special duty, according the order.聽
